Ingredients:

2 cups of boiling water
2 cups of cold water
3 tbsp of sugar
1/2 cup of flour

Instructions:

• Mix the flour with the cold water.
• Slowly mix the flour mixture with the boiling water.
• Bring it back to a boil and stir contantly
• When it begins to boil, add the sugar and remove from heat.
• Let cool completely before you start using it.
